With a minimal part count and clean mechanical action, it’s a folding knife that prioritizes function over flash. Built in-house with the same attention to detail we bring to flight-critical components, the Nacelle is made to be carried, used, and appreciated every day.

Every Nacelle knife is meticulously crafted in our California hangar where heat treating, machining, sharpening, assembly, and packaging are all done under one roof. This hands-on approach ensures that each knife meets the highest standards of quality and precision. We don’t outsource; we control every step of the process to deliver an EDC tool that’s as reliable as it is beautiful.

With a minimal part count, we’ve reduced the number of components to eliminate unnecessary complexity and, more importantly, reduce potential failure points. This clean design doesn’t just make the knife more durable—it also ensures that it’s easy to disassemble and maintain. The hardware and button are all the same size, meaning there’s no guesswork when it comes to takedown or reassembly. Plus, this thoughtful design allows you to easily switch the side the pocket clip is on, giving you the flexibility to customize your carry preference without hassle.
